Randy Curran, CEO of OHL, has announced that Randy Tucker, currently EVP of Human Resources and Project Management Officer, will take over as President of OHL Contract Logistics effectively immediately.

Longtime President of OHL Contract Logistics, Bob Spieth, will be leaving OHL to take an executive position with an e-retailer. "Bob Spieth contributed significantly to the success, growth and excellence of our Contract Logistics business," commented Randy Curran. "We wish Bob great success in his new role."

Randy Tucker joined OHL in 2011. Prior to joining OHL, Tucker served in executive positions with Liberty's Legacy and ITC Deltacom.

DB Schenker has announced the appointment of Petra Kuester as the new CFO of Schenker Limited in the UK. She will join the company in January, replacing Per Holst-Nielsen who has moved back to Sweden to a position within Schenker AB.

Born in Oxford, Kuester has experience in the logistics, banking, power and utilities industries and joins from a CFO position for DB Schenker in Canada. Kuester joined DB Schenker in 1998 and held various financial roles based in Germany, before moving to Canada in 2007.

FedEx Corp. has announced that Henry J. Maier will succeed David F. Rebholz as president and CEO of FedEx Ground, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. and a provider of ground small-package delivery services. As previously announced, Rebholz is retiring effective May 31, 2013.

Maier has more than 30 years experience in the transportation industry, including more than 25 years at FedEx companies. Maier currently serves as Executive Vice President at FedEx Ground, with responsibility for all strategic planning, corporate communications and contractor relations. Earlier in his FedEx career he held a series of leadership positions in logistics, sales, marketing and automation.

In his new position, Maier will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the FedEx Ground segment, which includes FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx SmartPost. He will also serve on the Strategic Management Committee of FedEx Corporation.
