If you are unable to download your report please follow steps outlined here. If it does not solve your problem please contact our webmaster webmaster@transportintelligence.com with description of error experienced (also state order number if applicable)

Steps To Download Product
  1. Click on my account and enter your user name and password if not already logged on.
  2. In “Your details” section you will see your order history.
  3. Click on the report highlight in red to start the download process.
  4. On the next screen click download pdf.
  5. Click open or save on the next dialogue box.
  6. If you click save select the file destination and then save.
  7. Your file is now downloaded.
Errors or Unexpected Behavior While Downloading

You are unable to download a file from the Tranpost Intelligence website . For example,
-- nothing happens when you begin to download
-- an error message appears during a download
-- a file stops downloading before the download is complete

Solution 1
If you are unable to download from other popular FTP sites such as ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/ or ftp://ftp.apple.com/ or ftp://ftp.netscape.com/, your Internet connection may be unstable. Contact your network administrator or helpdesk resource or Internet service provider to resolve the problem. For example, they may need to configure your computer to download from behind an Internet firewall.

Solution 2
Download the file when there is less activity on the Internet (for example, early in the morning).

Solution 3
Use a different Web browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)

Solution 4
Ensure that your hard disk has enough space available for the file you are downloading. To increase space, delete unnecessary files and applications, then use a disk utility to defragment the hard disk. For assistance, refer to the user guide or support resources for your operating system.

Solution 5
If you have installed an Internet download application to enhance download performance and reliability, disable it, uninstall it, or contact the manufacturer of the application to ensure that the software is working as expected and is not damaged or configured incorrectly.

Click on "Custom level..."
Scroll one third of the way down the Security Settings screen to the "Cookies" section
Under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" select "Enable"
Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" select "Enable"
Click "OK"
Click "OK" again

Netscape Navigator Version 4.x
If you use Netscape Navigator version 4.x, please use the following steps to allow the White Flower Farm website to set persistent Internet cookies.

Select the "Edit" menu
Choose "Preferences..."
Select "Advanced"
Check "Accept all cookies"
Click "OK"

Netscape Navigator Version 6.x
If you use Netscape Navigator version 6.x, please use the following steps to allow the White Flower Farm website to set persistent Internet cookies.

Select the "Edit" menu
Choose "Preferences..."
Select "Privacy and Security"
Check "Accept all cookies"
Click "OK"

What if I don't want to enable cookies?

If you choose not to enable cookies, you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart or to place orders online, but you can still use our Web Site to browse our products.
